You've reached the United Network for the Recruitment of Transplantation Professionals (UNRTP), an international association that reaches out to over 12,500 members of the organ and tissue transplant community, including professional recruiters around the world.
The UNRTP is neither an agency nor a recruiting organization. Instead, the UNRTP is an association which takes an integrated, highly personal approach to the posting of employment opportunities of interest to all types of transplantation professionals.
We currently track over 3,500 career opportunities in transplantation, many of which are posted on ineffective institutional Web sites, or in obscure locations. Most people are unaware of these positions, which is one of the major reasons we created the UNRTP.
The UNRTP is committed to furthering the field of transplantation by increasing the visibility of open positions, thereby enhancing opportunities for successful searches and, ideally, the extension of attractive offers to exceptional candidates.
Membership in the UNRTP is available to a wide variety of organizations, including transplant centers, organ and tissue procurement organizations, pharmaceutical firms and device manufacturers, insurers and managed care organizations, as well as recruiters and the hospitals, health systems, and companies with which they are associated. Members can post an unlimited number of positions for the duration of their membership.
We continue to welcome nonmembers, who can still post individual positions using a credit card or, if preferred, manual billing and invoicing is available.
